Train your brand with David Tomás
Fourth episode! We interview David Tomás, co-founder of Cyberclick and author of "The Happiest Company in the World" and "Diary of a Millennial".
David is one of the people we've learned the most from at Soluble about team management. Plus a couple of years ago we had the pleasure and responsibility of working with him on the Cyberclick rebranding.
In the interview we talked about how companies need to update their approach to marketing, understanding that new audiences don't respond the same way to traditional brand messages. We discussed in depth his latest book "Diary of a Millennial" and, with the book as a pretext, we've talked about management, leadership, organization… and all the keys needed to activate a brand from the inside out.
At the end of the episode, we also talk about the Smartketing 2020 event and David is kind enough to share a little gift for our listeners.
Hit play and enjoy!
